Lamut, Ifugao – Joint elements of 142nd Special Action Company (142SAC), 14th Special Action Battalion (14SAB) led by PLT KERWIN R MABAZZA, Alicia Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ FRANCIS C PATTAD, COP and Provincial Explosive Canine Unit (PECU) Isabela Provincial Police Office (IPPO) led by PLT ELIAS A MANGOMA conducted implementation of Search Warrant (SW) No. 08-2022 against FELIPE ANTONI Y MARTIN a resident of Brgy. Sta Cruz, Alicia, Isabela for violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) issued by Hon. Reymundo L. Aumentado, Executive Judge, RTC Br. 20, Cauayan City, Isabela dated March 24, 2022.
The search warrant was implemented at the respondent’s house in his presence and his live-in partner, Mary Jean Sape Y Delloro, Barangay Captain Emerson Dela Cruz, Barangay Kagawad Ricardo Murillo and Barangay Kagawad Leonardo Justo, all residents of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Alicia, Isabela.
The operation resulted in the arrest of the subject person and recovery of one (1) unit of caliber .38 revolver with serial number 14770 loaded with five (5) rounds of live ammunition; two (2) rounds of live ammunition for caliber .38; and one piece of black sling bag. Inventory of seized items was made in the presence of the suspect, witnessed by his live-in partner and the aforementioned Barangay Officials. Further, arrested person and seized items were brought to Alicia MPS for proper disposition and documentation.
PMAJ JENNIE R DELA CRUZ, Acting Battalion Commander, 14SAB, commended his men for the successful conduct of law enforcement operation that reflects the strong resolve of the PNP in going after law violators.
